Our committees plan and implement programs and services designed to promote a sense of community while enhancing the quality of life for its residents. Our History

Completed in 1975, the Ventura 21 Homeowner's Association is 3 phases comprised of 459 single-family homes and townhomes located in Roselle, IL. The association provides a number of services and amenities to its Homeowners and their guests. The clubhouse is home to a ballroom, bar, billiards room, fitness room, indoor swimming pool, kitchen, library, locker room, showers, and saunas. Just outside the clubhouse in the back, there are two outdoor pools open to residents on Memorial Day - Labor Day. In the middle of the Ventura 21 Neighborhood lies a wonderful 5-hole par 3 golf course.
